Futurity provided ETS Lindgren with project manaement support during the construction of the new BAe Systems Facility in Luton ETS were contracted to install, fit out and commission 14 of their large RF shielded rooms within two new buildings. Futurity liaised with the Client and Main Contractor to monitor and measure progress during the construction phase. Futurity also provided subcontractor management services, working with all trades during this complex contract to ensure on-ime delivery of high quality facilities, and the production of the Operation and Maintenance Manuals.

Plexus Services include mechanical, electronic and software Design, printed circuit board development, prototyping services, new product introduction, material procurement and management, printed circuit board and higher level assembly, test development, in-circuit and functional testing, final system box build, fulfillment and sustaining services.
Futurity provided ongoing support for their ISO14001 management programme as well as undertaking fire risk assessments for both of Plexus UK facilities. Futurity also supported Plexus through their ISO13485 accreditation and various change management programmes. Top

Oregon's mission is to become the leading timber frame supplier to the major house builders in the UK, through innovation in design and the quality and efficiency of its manufacture and on-site performance.
Futurity provided support that enabled Oregon to develop an ISO9001 compliant quality management system. We initially created a cost of quality measurement and then set out to map all the business processes. These techniques allowed Oregon to strengthen its existing quality management system by matching departmental inputs and outputs. Futurity then created a PC-based document management system which enabled Oregon to create and store all the required documentation needed to manage quality for this multi-site organisation. Top

Keltek provide subcontract manufactur and test capabilities of electronic assemblies and systems to a range of business sectors including. medical IT and telecoms. Their need for larger, more modern facilities resulted in a partnership which saw futurity provide the link between the construction company and Keltek. Sound project maangement was used to ensure that the new building was completed on time and that the transfer of 300 staff, all materials, manufacturing equipment and ancilliary services was completed without impacting output. Based in Hamilton, HOB provide Precision engineering services. CNC turning, milling, finishing and testing of components and assessmblies, mainly for the oil industry.Futurity helped HOB with ISO9001 and ISO014001 compliance by developing and implementing a computer network based Management System. This system inlcuded all the documents and procedures required for an effective and compliant Quality and Environmental Management system. The system also included all the elements necessary to comply with the Health & Safety Management standard OHSAS18001. Through the implementation of this integrated management approach, HOB were able to create, manage, store and retrieve all the documents needed for an effective and proactive management proces. Top
